Self Serve Unlock
SOTI Identity application users can now unlock their own accounts after they exceed the maximum number of failed login attempts. Previously, unlocking of accounts was limited to SOTI Identity account administrators, delaying access to SOTI ONE applications. This new capability is accessed through the Forgot Password option on the password entry screen.
