XSight Agent
The agent allows XSight to collect data from the device and send it to XSight the server to process and display on the dashboards. This is required to be installed on any Android and Windows device that you would like to monitor and analyze.
Requires MobiControl agent to be installed.
XSight Live XTSocket Plugin SDK
XSight Live XTSocket Plugin collects real-time data from your business-critical apps to visualize your business performance in real-time with SOTI XSight Live View. This is required to be installed on any Android and Windows device that you would like to monitor.
XSight Android Chat Service
This service allows XSight to facilitate the Live Support Chat functionality between device users and technicians using the web console. This is required to be installed on devices that you would like to be able to contact from the web console. See System Requirements.
XT Socket Plugin
XSight Smart Battery Plugin. Made specifically for each manufacturer to capture enhanced battery analytics. Requires XSight and the MobiControl agents to be installed.
