Live View
Visualize your business performance in real-time with SOTI XSight Live View. With Live View, business app data, device information and metrics can be combined, then rendered on a map or list for a powerful visual experience. Connect SOTI XSight with your business applications to monitor, understand and troubleshoot your business in real-time.
Application Spotlight
SOTI XSight now provides an in-depth and consolidated view of an application’s usage and performance across a device fleet. With this feature, you can access a comprehensive and detailed dashboard that shows you how your applications are performing, how often they are used, and how they affect the battery life and network usage of your devices.
Windows Support
SOTI XSight’s operational intelligence capabilities are now available for Windows Modern devices. You can now access detailed analytics about the battery performance, application usage, and location patterns, just like you can for your Android devices. Windows Support also extends to SOTI XSight Live View.
Multiple SOTI MobiControl
The capability to integrate with multiple MobiControl instances has been extended to now include support for Operational Intelligence, Live View, Advanced Diagnostics and Chat. This is in addition to the pre-existing Incident Management and Remote Control capabilities which were already supported for multiple MobiControl integrations.
Assigning Values to MobiControl Custom Attributes
Custom attribute values for devices enrolled in MobiControl can now be directly updated from SOTI XSight. This will allow you to easily flag devices that need your attention or action based on their performance or status. You can simply drill down using our cascading filters to a set of devices that match your criteria and flag them. Then, you can take actions on those devices from MobiControl.
Granular Permissions
SOTI XSight now offers system administrators the ability to granularly manage permissions for Incident Management Groups, Operational Intelligence Device Profiles, Battery Pools, and access to different elements in SOTI XSight. These permissions can be configured for MobiControl Roles, MobiControl Groups and External groups.
Japanese Localization
SOTI XSight’s console has been localized to display messages, labels and illustrations in the Japanese language.
Scheduling and Sharing Reports
You can now create and save customized dashboards with your preferred filters and settings and share them with external users on a regular basis via pdf reports. This way, you can keep your stakeholders informed and updated on the latest insights from your data.
Email Configurations
Users can now save email configurations and use them in multiple Incident Management groups, eliminating the need to configure them separately for each Incident Management group.

Important Notes About This Release
App data is now sent for categories of apps and not a per app basis. To ensure specific apps are excluded from data collection, you will need to move those apps to a category that does not collect data prior to upgrading to SOTI XSight 4.3.
The Self-Service Portal feature is not available in this release. It will be made available once again in a future release.
Upgrade Requirements
Minimum system requirements for SOTI XSight 4.3 and above are updated to include .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0.12 and ASP.NET Core Runtime 6.0.12 (Hosting Bundle).
Release Highlights
Live Support
SOTI XSight now offers the ability for technicians to communicate with device users over text, voice, and video chat. Technicians can also start a chat session from SOTI MobiControl, or from various locations in SOTI XSight such as Remote Control, Incident pages, and Device Spotlight.
Enhanced Remote Control – BlitFire RC
We have created a new remote control pipeline that improves the performance of the screen mirroring feature to industry leading levels. By leveraging innovative technologies, BlitFire RC brings instant remote control performance to the technician’s hand.
Shift-based App Usage
Application usage can now be viewed over the course of a defined shift. This provides technicians visibility into what devices are being used for during workhours.
App Categorization
SOTI XSight now enables app categorization and mapping from the web console, meaning you no longer need to open a separate admin utility to access these features.
Multi-battery Support
SOTI XSight now provides support for Panasonic FZ-A3 dual battery devices as part of your Smart Battery dashboard, expanding the options available.
Battery Life Predictions
You can now predict the life of your batteries. By configuring thresholds for current capacity and charge cycles you can now view battery life predictions based on historical data.
Watchlist Improvements
The device watchlist now requires technicians explicitly mark that violations are acknowledged, preventing the accidental loss of important notifications. You can also now directly create incidents from the watchlist for devices violating policies, making the process quicker and smoother.
