Package Script Status and Output
Administrators can now view the status of scripts associated with packages sent to devices and request their output once executed on the device.
Authentication Payload
This functionality empowers administrators to establish password compliance for their users, requiring them to set passwords that meet specific criteria. This ensures that passwords used on their Linux devices are robust and serve as a crucial initial defence against security breaches.

Changes to Version Numbering
Going forward, the versioning of all SOTI products is being changed to provide a more consistent label that better reflects the timing of the release. 2024.0.0 is the next release after 15.2.0 for the SOTI MobiControl Linux Agent, and all following releases will use this numbering convention.

Remote Lock
Administrators can now remotely lock and secure their Linux-based devices. This new feature renders the Linux device inaccessible to unauthorized users and serves as a anti-theft measure. Access control mechanisms ensure that only authorized users or administrators can trigger the remote lock, enhancing the security of Linux devices and protecting your sensitive data.

Monitoring PA and Ambient Temperature
The SOTI MobiControl console enables fetching PA and ambient temperature for fixed RFID readers as custom data.
Configuring Fixed Reader Settings
It is possible to send and silently install XML-based device configurations via packages.
Renaming Devices
You can rename devices in the SOTI MobiControl console using the Rename device action.
Enrolling Devices in the HTTPS Mode
The RFID enrollment utility allows devices to communicate over HTTPS when enrolling into SOTI MobiControl.
