Save Custom Dashboards
Save the snapshot of the dashboard you have modified with its new state, that is, filters, date ranges, charts shown/hidden, and the data source selected. This snapshot can be named and becomes a new dashboard available in the left menu so that you can compare your dashboards easily without having to re-apply filters.
Left Side Bar Menu
A sidebar menu that houses all your saved dashboards and ICU listed in the priority chosen by you. Drag and drop the dashboards to rearrange them in expanded and collapsed mode and enjoy having quicker access to them.
Single Device Location Dashboard
Analyze the three location KPI dashboards on a single device level so that you can deepen your location metric analysis to the micro view.
Silent Permissions
SOTI Insight's new agent silently accepts the permissions on your devices when you enroll your devices to SOTI Insight via MobiControl, reducing enrollment time and manual labor.
Device Drop Metric
Set parameters in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on the device drop metric you do not want your devices surpassing. SOTI Insight will take care of the rest by placing noncompliant devices into the ICU for you. This makes it easy to uncover key issues on devices with zero effort.

Introducing SOTI Insight!
SOTI Insight is a business intelligence solution that delivers out-of-the-box analytics on app, data, network and location usage, and operations. SOTI Insight makes it easy for companies to gain insights into the performance of their mobility deployments.
Features Included In Release v1.0
This is the first formal SOTI Insight release for external use. The features included in this release are:
- Create a Data Source
- Battery Dashboard
- Data Dashboard
- Application Dashboard
- Location Dashboard
- Intensive Care Unit
- Reports
Create a Data Source
SOTI Insight has a simple three step process to create data sources:
Step 1: Connect the desired MobiControl instance to the SOTI Insight data source.
Step 2: Configure how data will be delivered from the SOTI Insight Android agent to the SOTI Insight data lake for the data source you are creating.
Step 3: Push the PCG file SOTI Insight created for this data source to the MobiControl instance you connected making it fast and easy to deploy this package via MobiControl to the devices you want to collect data from for this data source.
Battery Dashboard
Discover what is causing your battery cells and charge level to degrade at a higher rate than expected so that you can rectify these issues early, breathing new life into your devices extending their life span and operational efficiency.
Data Dashboard
Gain full visibility on what is consuming your data on the various networks your devices connect to. SOTI Insight take things a step further by providing Carrier signal analysis highlighting consistent network issues so that you have the knowledge available to improve your business-critical operations requiring a reliable connection.
Application Dashboard
Focus on two key areas, the first being app management to ensure you have total visibility into the apps in your ecosystem, the version's they are running, the storage they utilize and better "bloatware" management. The second focal point is analysis on how your workers use apps, if at all, to highlight productivity and lack of adoption issues within your mobile work force so that you can rectify these issues and drive your deployment to an optimal state of use.
Location Dashboard
The carrier signal heatmap visually shows the signal reading at the locations the devices reported them. The top 5 locations clustering algorithm highlights where your devices congregate for the longest period of time and how they behave at these different locations. SOTI Insight has included all of the power of the battery, app and data dashboard intelligence into these common locations to help you go deeper into your analytics.
Intensive Care Unit
Set parameters on key metrics you do not want your devices surpassing. SOTI Insight will take care of the rest by placing noncompliant devices into the Intensive Care Unit for you. This makes it easy to uncover key issues on devices with zero effort.
Reports
When you have configured a dashboard into a particular view that you would like to share with a wider audience, SOTI Insight reports allows you to create a one-off report or automate the report to be sent on a regular cadence to your desired audience.
